About: SUENO, a contemporary Mexican restaurant in downtown Dayton by The Idea Collective and Chef Jorge Guzman, is looking for energetic individuals to join their team as a Barback. The role involves providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the bar and a quality guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive support; physical stamina for a demanding and dynamic role; willingness to learn and understand food and beverage menus; strong teamwork and communication skills
