About: Colony Grill, a vibrant dining establishment, is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Beverage Server/Barback to join their team. As a Barback at Colony Grill, you will assist the bartender and manager in ensuring efficient bar operations from setup to service, maintaining the bar’s cleanliness and organization, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional service to patrons.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
