The Bar Back plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and maintaining a clean and organized bar environment, ensuring efficient service for guests. Responsibilities include stocking the bar, assisting guests, and upholding cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar bar or restaurant setting preferred; ability to work unsupervised, stand for long periods, lift trays weighing up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment; basic understanding of kitchen work and food preparation; excellent communication and customer service skills; familiarity with health department regulations and sanitation guidelines
