About: Parlor is a vibrant establishment with an elevated beverage program that features an ever-changing list of house-made syrups, garnishes, and ingredients to complement our current cocktail selection. The barback plays a crucial role in maintaining proper service and functionality of the bar, supporting the bartenders in upholding our high standards and contributing to the vibrant culture and atmosphere.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a fully stocked bar; excellent communication and teamwork skills; detail-oriented and adaptable to changing needs
