Requirements: You will be playing an instrumental role in the bar’s success by keeping it stocked, preparing garnishes, collecting empty glasses, and maintaining a clean bar. Barbacks are expected to be on their feet the entire shift, able to reach with hands and arms in any direction, kneel and stoop repeatedly, and have good vision and hearing due to the dynamic bar environment.
