Position: BARBACK job
About: This position involves stocking and re-stocking bar inventories and supplies, assisting bartenders and cocktail servers, and ensuring guest service excellence in a bar setting. The role requires interaction with guests, colleagues, and supervisors in a courteous manner to uphold a hospitable environment. Daily activities include maintaining appearance standards, anticipating and accommodating guest needs, providing exceptional service, ensuring cleanliness, and following company policies and procedures.
Requirements: Company in-venue bar back training, Food Handling Certificate; Previous hospitality experience; Previous bar-backing experience; Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge; Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods of time; Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs; Role may include tasks requiring repetitive motion; Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused; Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
