Position: Barback job
About: The Establishment is a vibrant bar located in a bustling city, seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Barback to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent organization and support for the bartending staff, contributing to a positive dining experience for all guests.
Requirements: Able to read, understand and speak English; able to communicate clearly and concisely; able to stand for an eight-hour shift; able to lift 50 lbs; able to reach above head and bend to put items on the floor or low shelves; able to climb stairs and ladders; able to repetitively lift glass racks, bus buckets and other items; able to work as part of a team for the benefit of the guest; able to work at a consistently fast pace in a loud environment
