Position: Barback job
About: This job is at a bar and restaurant establishment in need of a diligent and detail-oriented Barback/Bartender to join their team. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently, maintaining stock levels, preparing garnishes, keeping the bar area clean and organized, and supporting the overall dining experience for guests. Fluency in Spanish is a plus for better communication with the team if possible.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to multitask; ability to work collaboratively with other team members; fluency in Spanish is a plus
