Position: Barback job
About: A restaurant located in Bordentown, NJ is seeking a Barback/Bartender to support bartenders and guests by completing various tasks related to stocking, cleaning, and preparing beverages under the bartender’s guidance. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and stocking bar supplies.
Requirements: None;Experience in a similar role preferred;Strong guest service and communication skills;Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different personalities;Physical stamina for various tasks;Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;Basic technical and mathematical skills;Proficiency in operating POS systems and other bar equipment;Language proficiency in English;Flexibility to work overtime and take on additional responsibilities as needed
