Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; at least 2 years of experience in a Full Service Dining Environment; strong knowledge in cocktails, spirits, and wine; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 25 lbs
