Position: BARBACK job
About: As a Barback at our establishment, you will work closely with the bar staff to ensure that customers receive prompt and seamless service. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness in the bar area, preparing garnishes, restocking supplies, and supporting the Bartender to ensure smooth bar operations in a fast-paced environment. We value attentive individuals who can provide excellent customer service and handle diverse personalities professionally.
Requirements: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; Title 4 Liquor Training Certificate and Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required; ability to articulate clear greetings and farewells, assist guests, and work collaboratively in a team; passion for providing extraordinary service; willingness to work varied shifts with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting; knowledge of menu items and establishment promotions; effective communication skills
