Position: Barback job
About: The Oakville Grill & Cellar, a restaurant located in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood, is looking for Barbacks to join their team. This establishment, a collaboration between Chef Max Robbins and Wine Director Richard Hanauer, focuses on simply prepared dishes made with expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients and features one of the largest California wine lists in Chicago.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work weekends and varied shifts; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; knowledge of bar equipment and operations
