About: TableOne – Bar Sprezzatura at Kimpton Theta Hotel in New York, NY is a new partnership formed by Highgate, Chef Michael Mina, and restaurateur Patric Yumul, dedicated to creating unique and exceptional hospitality experiences by collaborating with top culinary minds, mixologists, designers, and operators for leading hotels.
Requirements: 2+ years of high-volume restaurant/bar experience; knowledgeable of menu items, beverage mixing and serving, standard recipes, glassware, garnishes, products, supplies, equipment, POS systems; understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations; effective communication in English; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; cleanliness, organization, and team-oriented work approach; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; strong dedication to learning and progress in fine dining; impeccable grooming, hygiene, posture, and adherence to uniform standards; responsiveness to constructive feedback
