Position: BARBACK job
About: el scena on the river, located on the scenic North River Drive in Miami, is seeking an observant and efficient Barback to join our team. The Barback will work closely with other staff members to ensure prompt and seamless service for our customers. Responsibilities include assisting in maintaining bar cleanliness, preparing garnishes, stocking bar supplies, and supporting the Bartender for smooth bar operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about menu items, attentive, and skilled in customer service.
Requirements: High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; Title 4 Liquor Training Certificate and Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required; clear communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a team and provide extraordinary service; flexible availability for various shifts; adaptability to fast-paced environments
