About: ENCORE BOSTON HARBOR in Everett, MA is seeking a diligent and courteous Barback to support the bar staff in providing high-quality beverage service and maintaining the bar’s inventory and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years working as a Barback in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant; ability to perform numerical operations and handle internal and external customers with patience and diplomacy; physical ability to move throughout the business, lift up to 50 pounds, work in varying conditions, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
