Position: Barback – Hiring Immediately
About: The Barback position at TableOne Hospitality involves assisting Bartenders in all opening, closing, and nightly duties. The role requires maintaining clean bars, stocking and ensuring cleanliness of silverware, glassware, and dishes, and supplying the service bar with food. The ideal candidate must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional while upholding a positive attitude and delivering superior guest service. Effective teamwork, clear communication, and ensuring smooth service operations are essential aspects of this role.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of high-volume restaurant/bar experience; knowledgeable of menu items, mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, supplies, and equipment; knowledgeable of computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems; knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations; ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal forms; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; cleanliness, organization, and ability to work well in a team; minimum age to serve alcohol; ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; dedication towards learning and progression in a fine dining setting; impeccable grooming, good hygiene, good posture, and adherence to required uniform and tools; responsiveness to constructive feedback from Management
