Position: Barback – Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse
About: Guy Fieri’s Smokehouse, located at Fourth Street Live, is a new dining concept by the award-winning chef, restaurateur, author, and TV personality, Guy Fieri. Inducted into the American Royal BBQ Hall of Fame in 2012, this flagship location showcases Fieri’s passion for BBQ in a vibrant and spacious restaurant featuring a 6,700 square feet dining area, a 2,200 square foot outdoor patio, a custom-made large smoker by Ole Hickory, and a bar.
Requirements: Food service experience with general knowledge of bar/nightclub operations; fluent in English, other languages preferred; minimum age 18 or older as per state regulations; strong communication skills with guests, staff, and supervisors; alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required; basic math and writing abilities; availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
