About: Guy Fieri’s Dive & Taco Joint in Hampton is seeking a vibrant and energetic Barback to join its team. This unique concept combines American roadhouse vibes with Mexican classics and signature tacos, offering a fun and flavorful experience for guests. As a Barback, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and efficient bar environment to ensure top-notch service for all patrons.
Requirements: Food service experience with general knowledge of bar/nightclub operations; fluent English speaker, other languages preferred; minimum age of 18 or older; excellent communication skills; alcohol awareness certification or valid health/food handler card as required; strong reading, writing, and basic math abilities; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
