Position: Barback-Full Service Restaurant 1
About: The Georgian Hotel, a historic and iconic hotel located in Santa Monica, is seeking a Barback/Bartender to restock inventory and enhance customer service in their vibrant bar setting. The hotel offers a charming stay with stunning ocean views, just steps away from Santa Monica Pier and close to the attractions of Los Angeles.
Requirements: Three to six months related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience; Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations); Ability to read, write, and speak English; Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to handle emotional customer situations with professionalism; Knowledge of policies and procedures; Adherence to safety and security procedures; Clear communication skills, both oral and written; Ability to work varied schedules, occasionally outside regular hours.
