Position: Barback – Flanker SLC
About: Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club, located in Salt Lake City, UT, is looking for Barbacks to join their team. This dining, drinking, and entertainment establishment features a restaurant, three bars, LED screens, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, a central nightclub, and a cocktail lounge with bowling. Open seven days a week, they serve American bar and grill food along with eclectic offerings and crafted desserts.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous barback/hospitality experience; previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge; ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods; capable of bending and lifting up to 50 lbs; exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials; able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment; flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
