Position: Barback – Deck 84
About: Deck 84, located in East Delray Beach on the Intracoastal, is currently looking for Barbacks. Deck 84 is part of Rapoport’s Restaurant Group, Inc., a company that has received over 80 awards, including being recognized by Restaurant Hospitality magazine as one of the RH 25: Coolest Multi-Concept Companies.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Barback preferred; proficient in bar setup, maintaining cleanliness, stocking bar stations, and familiarity with various liquors and beers; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; physical ability to stand, walk with heavy trays, lift up to 50 pounds, and engage in various physical tasks; flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and nights.
