Position: Barback – Conrad Los Angeles
About: Conrad Los Angeles is the newest luxury hotel in downtown LA, part of the billion-dollar project, The Grand LA. It is the 7th Conrad Hotel in the U.S. and the first in California, featuring over 300 rooms, a world-class spa, a 16,000-square-foot rooftop pool deck, 12,000 square feet of event space, and three dynamic dining experiences, including the signature restaurant, San Laurel, in partnership with Chef Jose Andres’ award-winning restaurant group, JoseAndresFoodGroup.
Requirements: Barback experience preferred; knowledge in preparation and service of alcoholic beverages; basic mathematical skills for portion sizes and deliveries; sufficient manual dexterity; ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 75 lbs; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and California Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire if applicable.
