Position: BARBACK – CLIQUE BAR & LOUNGE
About: A high-volume bar in need of a Barback/Bartender to provide full prep support to the Bartender and Bar Porters, maintain a clean and safe working environment, follow standardized procedures, communicate effectively with management and staff, greet and assist guests, and uphold professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage return visits.
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a barback and/or bar porter in a high-volume environment or 6 months in a fine dining establishment; good communication skills, multilingual is a plus; ability to speak and read proficiently in English; experience with social media platforms and active participation; working knowledge of Spirits, Wine, and Food; ability to work well in a high-stress, high-volume environment and follow directions under pressure; positive attitude, self-motivated, energetic, and willing learner; ability to perform duties with care, concern, and detail; professionally groomed; physically able to lift heavy trays and equipment, as well as walk for extended periods on different surfaces.
