Position: Barback / Busser / Runner
About: Prepare and service bars operating within the hotel in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. Your growth path includes progressing from Food Runner to Server to Bartender. The focus of the role involves various tasks such as greeting and acknowledging guests, checking and assisting the bartender with supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and following sustainability guidelines. The work environment may require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a varied schedule including holidays and weekends. Managed by HHM Hotels.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; customer service experience or restaurant experience a plus.
