Position: Barback – Bistro Napa (Swing)
About: Bistro Napa, located at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, is seeking a detail-oriented and charming Barback to provide exceptional service to guests in a luxurious setting. The role involves maintaining menu knowledge, understanding of wines and spirits, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards in various service areas such as the bar, lounge, and dining sections.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum age of 21; Alcohol Awareness Card required; at least 1 year of previous Food and Beverage experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment with barback or fine dining experience; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a high-volume setting with proper portion control and service standards
