Position: Barback-Beverage 1
About: Located in Boston’s Seaport District, Westin Boston Waterfront is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Barback/Bartender to enhance customer and guest services. The property features a vertical garden that purifies the air and is in close proximity to attractions such as The Institute Of Contemporary Art, Boston Convention Exhibitors Center, and Boston Children’s Museum. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay in the guestrooms with amenities like a flat-screen TV, Starbucks Coffee, and a bathrobe.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; three to six months related experience; Alcohol Awareness Certification required; ability to read, write, and speak English; problem-solving skills; ability to manage difficult customer situations; professionalism; knowledge of policies and procedures; safety and security awareness; clear communication skills; punctuality and flexibility in work schedule
