Position: Barback/Barporter, Casino – Full Time, Days
About: Harrah’s North Kansas City, a renowned casino and entertainment establishment, is seeking a Barback/Bartender to assist in maintaining stock, cleanliness, and efficient service behind the bar. The role involves supporting the Bartender/Cocktail Server, ensuring par stock levels, and fulfilling guest requests for a seamless bar experience. This position may also require stepping in as a bartender when needed for breaks.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; flexibility in fingers and hands for cash register and beverage equipment operation; basic mathematical abilities; previous bartending experience preferred; physical stamina for lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, continuous standing, mobility in limited spaces, pushing or pulling 75lbs, and working in varied temperature environments.
