Position: Bar Supervisor
About: The Ford Field & River Club, a prestigious establishment known for its excellent service and hospitality, is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Bar Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting high-quality drinks, creating unique recipes, and maintaining exceptional bar standards within a luxury residential community setting.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is desirable; a minimum of three years of related experience, with supervisory experience preferred; food safety and alcoholic beverage certifications are a plus; computer literacy required, experience with Club Essential is a plus; ability to lead by example, excellent communication skills, and personable demeanor; valid driver’s license and clean driving record necessary; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of emergency procedures and ability to perform required role during emergencies
