Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least six months of food or beverage runner/server experience; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; knowledgeable of menu items, including mixing and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies, and equipment; knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations; excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
