Position: Bar Manager / Mixologist
About: We are looking for a talented Bar Manager with stellar mixology skills to lead our bar at the beautiful and unique One11 Hotel in New Orleans. The Bar Manager / Mixologist plays a vital role in guest satisfaction at the bar, utilizing their mixology skills, customer service abilities, and entertainment flair to provide guests with an outstanding experience.
Requirements: Previous experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is preferred; Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; Good communication and active listening skills; Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing; Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations; Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
