Position: Bar Manager (Earn up to $85k/yr + Bonus Structure)
About: Bavette’s Bar & Boeuf, located in Chicago and part of the Hogsalt restaurant group, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Bar Manager to lead their beverage program and service team. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant; At least 2 years of experience managing a beverage program; Strong understanding of COGS management and its impact on the financial health of a beverage department; Ability to identify problems and provide solutions for service, beverage, and restaurant operations; Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
