Position: Bar Manager – Casino Floor
About: The Fontainebleau Las Vegas is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to coordinate and oversee beverage service activities in their designated area(s) to meet division standards. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high-quality standards for both internal and external guests, ensuring exceptional guest service, and managing the business’s finances effectively.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; Three (3) years of experience in food and beverage management in a supervisory capacity; Knowledge and experience in cocktail & lounge operations; Complete understanding of health and safety regulations; Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Strong leadership skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
