Position: Bar Manager

Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management/Restaurant Management preferred or equivalent experience; Two to Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Knowledge of food service operations and a variety of styles of services; Must be able to obtain any/all locally required licenses/certifications such as TIPS or ServeSafe food safety certifications; High level of guest contact and position profile with excellent guest service skills; Supervisory responsibilities in food and beverage outlets; Good working knowledge of the English language; Ability to handle mathematical operations with American money, weight measurements, volume, and distance; Strong reasoning and problem-solving ability; Physical ability to meet job demands; Maintain high ethical standards and uphold company policies; Professional and caring attitude towards clients and fellow employees; Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
