Position: Bar Manager
About: Oversees all bar functions within the entertainment center, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and maximizing profitability. This role will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to beverage service, banquet services, and catering services. Provides hands-on leadership to bartenders, maintains operational standards, and manages budgets effectively. This role is a key position in the Center’s beverage operation.
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in food and beverage management is preferred but not required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume F&B environments, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Have knowledge of state liquor laws and/or have a state Alcohol Awareness certificate. Strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
