Position: Bar Manager
About: HHM Hotels is seeking a Bar Manager to assist in the effective management and direction of restaurant operations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. The role entails interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting associates to ensure they perform in line with brand or hotel standards and HHM core values. Responsibilities also include ensuring food quality, interacting with guests for feedback, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, resolving guest complaints, overseeing liquor controls, and participating in marketing efforts.
Requirements: Associates degree preferred; 2-5 years restaurant experience required
