Specializing in authentic New Orleans cuisine and situated beneath a 30-foot oak tree, the restaurant offers a charming atmosphere reminiscent of South Louisiana’s coastal bayous. With a focus on local seafood, Southern classics, and innovative craft cocktails, Blue Bayou is quickly becoming a top dining and social destination in the city.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Bar Lead, Head Bartender, or similar role; Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including craft cocktails and wine; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Certification in bartending or mixology is a plus
