Position: Bar Back – Cavalier Hunt Room
About: The Barback is responsible for maintaining clean glassware, displaying according to standard, and maintaining the inventory of all bar consumables. They assist with the setup, breakdown, and cleanup of the bar to ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe event area for guests, stocking bar supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing standards at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma preferred; at least 1 yr. in a mid to high volume outlet; knowledge of beverages, wines, and spirits helpful; ability to transport 100 pounds
