Position: Bar Back
About: DDC – Glendale, AZ is seeking a Bar Back to join their team. The position involves maintaining efficient and courteous beverage operations under direct supervision, providing knowledgeable drink service, restocking bar supplies, and supporting overall bar operations while following liquor laws and internal controls.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; recent experience in the restaurant or bar field preferred; must be 18 years of age or older; no felony, theft, or stealing convictions; must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening, background investigation, obtain and maintain a gaming license; must have high energy and motivated personality; ability to obtain a Food Handlers card and TIPS certification; ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment; strong communication and guest service skills; knowledge of bar maintenance operations, liquor pricing, Title 4 (Arizona liquor law), cash handling, and internal controls
