Position: BAR BACK
About: elVallarta Bar & Grill is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Barback/Bartender to join our team. Our establishment prides itself on providing top-notch service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the bar area, supporting bartenders, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a high-energy environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred or 1 year work history with HCR; must be at least 21 years of age; must obtain Liquor Card from local Liquor Commission; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations; strong teamwork abilities; must be dependable and follow scheduling policies
