Position: Bar 360 Bar Back
About: In a fast-paced and high-energy entertainment environment, Bar 360 is looking for a Bar Back to contribute to guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar. The role involves ensuring the bar is prepared to serve guests by carrying out various tasks that support excellent service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and previous bar service, bar backing, warehouse, and/or stocking experience preferred; strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting; basic math skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; professional interaction with guests and team members; availability to work irregular hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to perform job duties such as lifting and moving objects up to 60 pounds regularly and up to 160 pounds occasionally, with assistance; adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements; vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
