Position: BANQUETS – SOUS CHEF
About: Thompson Denver, a member of the Hyatt collection, is seeking a Banquet Sous Chef to manage the Banquet Kitchen and work with the Events team to create quality menus for meetings and events hosted at the hotel. Requirements: In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations; strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship skills; experience with training, basic financial management, and customer service; proficient in general computer knowledge; culinary education and/or on-the-job training, hotel experience preferred
