Position: Banquets Set-Up Houseperson – Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel
About: The Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Houseperson to assist in daily operations of meeting room set-ups, refreshing, teardowns, and planning of banquet setups for the satisfaction of resort guests.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Professional demeanor suitable for a resort environment; Minimum one-year related experience in a resort hotel or conference center preferred; Previous hospitality experience preferred; Ability to work independently or with a team under limited supervision; Ability to communicate in English, second language a plus; Knowledge of proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques, and equipment use; Physically fit to lift, pull, and push items up to 50 pounds; Able to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends; Capacity to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
