Position: Banquets Server
About: Our club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a full-time Banquets Server. You quickly review the setup of your tables with great attention to detail. As a Banquets Server, you provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience for all. You maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet rooms and the service pantry, adhering to health codes and completing necessary side work. Enjoy the beautiful grounds and facilities of Piedmont Driving Club while contributing to a great dining experience for members and guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; the ability to read, write, and execute basic math skills; some comparable wait-service experience preferred; exceptional customer service skills; ability to be on your feet for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Experience in a country club environment or other hospitality-type work is highly desirable, with consideration for organizational skills, rapport building, patience, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, active listening, effective communication, and teamwork.
