Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations); ability to convey information and ideas clearly; ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately; work well in stressful, high-pressure situations; effective at listening, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by co-workers and guests; ability to work with financial information and data; maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
