Position: Banquets Bartender – On-Call (Varies)
About: Team Atlantis is seeking a Bartender to prepare and serve beverages to guests in a quick, efficient, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and maintaining a clean bar area. This position involves processing payments, inventory management, and providing superior guest service.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years old; Alcohol Awareness Card Required; Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed; Maintain an updated knowledge of beer, wine, and liquors; Know cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and proper glassware; Watch for signs of intoxication; Ability to lift or carry goods weighing up to 50lbs; Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods; Manual dexterity for corkscrews, knives, and ice scoops
