Position: Banquet Set Up / Server (Full Time)
About: The Banquet Server at Prism Hospitality, LP is responsible for set up and serving of food and beverage to guests, replenishing the buffet bar, production of commissary food items, and maintaining a clean work area. This position also involves ensuring guest satisfaction for all events and assisting with set-up, refresh, tear down, and maintenance of meeting spaces for internal and external customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED certification preferred; alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit required; meet local legal age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages; bilingual preferred. Physical demands include long hours, ability to lift, carry, and move objects, and standing for extended periods. Must have clear communication skills, ability to handle high-pressure situations, problem-solving skills, and be attentive to guest needs.
