Requirements: High school diploma not required; 1 year of experience; Knowledge of proper banquet and catering service protocol, food handling, and sanitation procedures; Demonstrated customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; Effective communication in English; Must be 18 years of age or older; Professional presentation in a higher education setting; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Valid CA driver’s license required; Commitment to USC’s Unifying Values
