Requirements: Ability to answer patron questions regarding food and service; Responds to guests with sensitivity; Checks identification for alcohol orders; Professional handling of alcohol service denials; Timely food and beverage service; Organizational skills for serviceware and equipment storage; Setup and clean up of banquets; Report maintenance or other issues; High school diploma or equivalent; Experience in food and beverage service preferred
