Responsibilities include setting up the banquet room, attending meetings before events, serving food and beverage, complying with regulations on serving alcoholic beverages, resetting the banquet room, and performing other job-related duties.
Requirements: Hotel experience preferred; ability to communicate well with guests; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; ability to transport up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room; ability to stand for long periods of time; effective verbal and written communication skills
