Position: Banquet Server (On-Call) – Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills
About: Leading luxury hotel, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, is seeking a Banquet Server to join the Food and Beverage Team at their exquisite property. The hotel boasts Forbes 5-Star and AAA 5-Diamond ratings, offering 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and multiple dining options including a Mediterranean restaurant, a Jean-Georges rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience as a banquet server; Strong English language and communication skills; Professional presentation; Ability to work with maximum accuracy; Efficiency and attention to detail; Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to anticipate needs and demonstrate initiative; Maintaining confidentiality of guest information and hotel data; Preferred: 5-Star experience, Luxury experience, Training in Forbes service standards, Additional language skills in German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese
